Why Boshack?

Boshack Outback is isolated and in the middle of 5000 acre farms. This allows you a getaway from crowds, tall buildings and traffic. It is one of the few Western Australia iconic locations where you can visit all year round. Being directly east of Perth, our rainfall is only one third of Perth’s. Being in Western Australia, we do have some hot days. But being next to a lake and touring amongst springs, the heat is very seldom noticed.
We can supply a list of local attractions that allow you to stay occupied for a couple of days. These destinations keep you within two hours of Perth and can give the driving visitor a unique and different perspective of Western Australia. Places that we have checked and approved will have Boshack’s seal of approval.
Farmstays
Boshack Outback is a real working farm and have 350 acres of large open space and many small and large species of animals and birds in a natural environment. Our farms have free range animals that you can feed. Live like the early pioneers of Australia in the true Australian outback. We have seasonal campfires, organic gardens, and our Wild Eco Outback Adventure tour where you can listen to aboriginal stories, enjoy bush tucker, go on a hayride, feed kangaroos and enjoy an authentic Aussie BBQ lunch.
For our Host Farmstay, we are in partnership with local large working farms that are one of the best hosts in Western Australia. Country cooked meals and the Free Range Animal Safari are the highlights of the stay.
School Field Trips
Boshack Outback has bush corridors to get nature back into balance. View our very own worm farms and understand composting. See how we make use of solar energy and wind to power our facilities.
